Annual Rodney Walsh Cruise and Barbeque for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Charlottetown, PEI, Canada
This'll do...* We lost Rodney from our boating community at Quartermaster Marina when he passed away suddenly after the end of the 2002 boating season. An avid boater and great marina neighbour, he had long been involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Charlottetown. So it seems natural that the Blue Heron Squadron and Quartermaster Marine would jointly sponsor a cruise for the kids in his memory. The August 27, 2003 inaugural cruise was a big success.
